To me, the amazing thing is that Beth Noveck's phone number is apparently unlisted--and she's the head of the Open Government initiative.

One thing that Obama could do to make things easier for US citizens, that wouldn't cost a dime, is to issue an executive order restoring public phone directory listings, as they existed prior to 9/11, for all US government employees not operating undercover.

There is simply no excuse for public servants to be unreachable by members of the public--who pay their salaries...
