IRS: Do As We Say, Not As We Do

Christopher Bergin, the President of Tax Analysts, a publication that writes about tax issues, writes this letter to the New York Times.  Bergin says the IRS should be as transparent in FOIA matters as they expect taxpayers to be in tax matters.
