I watched the webcast. IMHO, Senator Al Franken seems to be the only one who took this hearing seriously...He asked why it takes 17 years to process a FOIA request--and didn't get a straight answer. Nina Fuchs of NSA noted with amazement that he had read her testimony. Maybe he'll take an interest in this issue and become its Senate "champion?"
