As a follow up to a previous entry here, grand jury documents pertaining to the case of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were released. The NY Sun has this report on what the documents found.
This is a great example of the power of disclosing government records. The public and historians can now get a more complete picture of the case against the Rosenbergs. Additionally, a light is shone on government activities so that past mistakes can hopefully be avoided in the future (from both the Rosenbergs and the government).
