FOIA Friend

Data Data Everywhere but, as usual, DOJ nevers connects the dots. How many requests are processed, how many FOIA staff does it take, how much does it cost - and not a single, duh, fact of per-capita cost per FOIA per agency or a per-capita processing rate per processor. One agency spends $20 million to process their requests and another spends $2 million - so? Without some commonality it's just meaningless data.
