It isn't about the right to know vs. the right to be private. It is about the right to a document that every non adopted individual in the country has. We are being discriminated against on the basis of our birth. The states are violating our right to privacy by withholding our documents.

This sealed OBC crap is about protecting the adoption industry from their past, current, and future acts of coercion, deception, and money theft.

The right to privacy is based on the right to be free from governmental interference. The state governments are included on this one. In fact, the federal law prohibits states from infringing on our constitutional rights. Only in adoption is this allowed to continue because of the myths and misinformation that the adoption industry puts out.
