I had my identity as an informant revealed by an IRS agent. I don't know if it was intentional or not. But I do know that I fear for my families and my lives.

When the VA has intentionally and wilfully failed to report a lost hard drive containing personal and private information to the appropriate authority for their investigation, as well as the veteran, for 6 years; is each date VA failed to report the incident a separate violation, pursuant to the Privacy Act.
