Supreme Court Hears VA FOIA Argument

The Supreme Court heard arguments about the Virginia State FOIA and its provision that only citizens of the state can make requests under the law.  According to the USA Today, the Justice's thought the reason for the law was rather ridiculous but that it may not be unconstitutional.  An opinion on the law should be reached within a few months at most.
