A Federal Judge in New York has ruled that information about legal justifications for drone attacks and other methods used to kill terrorist suspects is exempt from the FOIA. The Washington Post has more on this decision which will probably next go to an appeals court.

That sounds to be fishy.Why they would drone attack and legally justify it? Are they afraid to let the people know of what they are doing against the terrorists and the casualties due to this attacks? What are you hiding from the people?
