The Department of Justice has published a summary of the Annual Reports for FY2011. I'm not sure what value it holds as different agencies have different needs (I wouldn't expect Labor to have much, if any, Exemption 1 claims). DOJ is touting less use of Exemption 5 -- it will be interesting to see where that comes from and if that is a one year blip or a trend. The summary can be found here.
