Wikileaks Documents May Still Be Withheld Under FOIA

United States District Court Judge for the District of Columbia Colleen Kollar-Kottely has ruled that State Department cables believed to be part of the Wikileaks release in 2011 may still be classified and withheld pursuant to a FOIA request.  The decision can be found here and the ACLU's (the plaintiff) write up of the case can be located here.
