The Blog of the Legal Times reports that a panel of lawyers discussing privacy issues urged Congress to undo the Supreme Court's recent Privacy Act decision that said emotional damages are not recoverable when there is a violation of someone's rights under the Privacy Act.
Useful info. Hope to see more good posts in the future.

The reconsideration of the Supreme Court’s ruling that emotional damages cannot be recovered due to violation of someone’s rights pursuant to the Privacy Act is right. There is a really a need here to review the case and look for some other circumstances that would satisfy the claims of both parties.
