According to the Blog of the Legal Times, the D.C. Court of Appeals will hear the FOIA case against the CIA concerning its use of Drones on September 20, 2012. The CIA has refused to confirm the existence of a drone program, even though it appears that some information has either been leaked or selectively released by the government.
