Judge James Boasberg of the United States District Court has ruled against Judicial Watch and for the government on the withholding of the death photos of Osama Bin Laden.

I’m not sure what there is to gain from withholding such photos, barring possibly speculation on the part of sick individuals who would rather find evidence he’s living...
