The House of Representatives held an oversight hearing on White House Records and the transparency on such records on Tuesday. NextGov reports that House Oversight Chair Darrell Issa (R-CA) complained that the White House wasn't doing enough to make sure that employees weren't doing business on personal communication devices thereby evading the scrutiny of future historians. As the article points out, this had been a problem in the last Bush administration.
