Government Wins FOIA Case, Lies To Judge.

The government does not have to release any further documents in a lawsuit brought by a group of Muslim individuals in the U.S. Federal Court for the District of California, but Judge Cormac Carney is not pleased with the way the government defended the case.  According to the opinion, courtesy of the website, Main Justice, the government lied to the Judge about the search for responsive records in the defense of the case. 

I don't think this issue will end with this case.
