FOIA requesters, such as activists in Ann Arbor, MI, are learning they can publish and aggregate the fruits of their requests on the web. Their aggregated records foster the kind of transparency in government (in their case local, municipal government) that the government itself should be creating. http://legal-beagle.typepad.com/wrights_legal_beagle/2009/11/local-government.html --Ben
