Treasury Inspector General For Tax Administration Issues Audit on IRS FOIA Audit

The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration ("TIGTA") has issued an audit report on the IRS FOIA Program.  It gives the FOIA program passing marks.  The only thing I can really say is that it was a very limited review (87 cases) and so I'm not sure if it extrapolates to the entire IRS FOIA program.
