Welcome

You may have noticed a new look to the blog as of this post.  I'm playing around with different looks--please feel free to let me know if the one I have currently is better than the last one (black background, white printing).  Plus, as this is blog dedicated to the FOIA, what can be better than a city scape (purportedly) of Washington, D.C.

Looks exactly the same, Scott; hit another button or two. And while you're at it, take a look at yesterday's DDC attorney fees decision: 112K in a 20-year-old case, based on a proper interpretation of the 2007 FOIA Amendments.

Much better color. I keep my monitor dark and I had to highlight the text to read it comfortably on the old blog. Black on white is known to be easier to read anyway.
