NY Post Columnist Wishes FOIA Request a Happy Birthday

John Crudele's FOIA request has now entered into its second year of existence and he's throwing a birthday party for it.  If every requester that had waited past the statutory time limit to get his or her information from a FOIA request actually threw a party to honor the request, the economy would get a major boost!  In other words, it's a big club your in, Mr. Crudele.
